  1. Scope of application<\/li><\/ol>

    These terms and conditions apply to the use of all offers by Carlos Delasera, both in practice rooms and at other locations. Each client can view the Terms and Conditions on the website. These are therefore part of all verbal and written contracts.<\/p>

    1. General requirements for participation in the treatments<\/li><\/ol>

      The therapist cannot promise a cure and recommends that you remain under medical supervision. The therapist does not make a diagnosis in the medical sense. Before each treatment, the client declares that he is physically able to do so. In case of doubt, a medical examination is necessary. Any changes in health or pregnancy must be reported to the therapist prior to treatment. Every customer takes part in the treatments at their own risk and responsibility.<\/p>

      1. Personal Data<\/li><\/ol>

        Clients are advised that personal data is stored electronically for internal processing purposes. These will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Article 13 of the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to any unauthorized third parties. To this extent, the client agrees to the processing and use of his personal data.<\/p>

        1. Liability<\/li><\/ol>

          The use of the premises and materials is at your own risk. The therapist is not liable for damage to health or property. Carlos Delasera disclaims any liability for injuries and discomfort, but also for damage to property and theft.<\/p>

          1. Subscription & Payment<\/li><\/ol>

            Registrations for all offers are legally valid with our confirmation. The prices can be found on the website. Subscription customers undertake to use this up within 12 months and there will be no reimbursement. Absences of short or long duration (illness \/ accident \/ training \/ stays abroad \/ work) are excluded. Subscription fees are paid at the beginning of the subscription. A yoga subscription is personal and non-transferrable.<\/p>

            1. Cancellation Conditions<\/li><\/ol>

              Cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>

              1. Health insurance \/ supplementary insurance<\/li><\/ol>

                It is up to the client to clarify whether their health insurance\/additional insurance covers the costs of the treatments.<\/p>
